The Foro di Pago Nacional (FPN) is a collaborative platform dedicated to the topic of payments, bringing together local public- and private-sector stakeholders involved in both the offering and use of payment services in Aruba. Stakeholders convene twice a year: once in smaller working-group meetings and once at the annual FPN conference.

What is the FPN’s purpose?

The purpose of the FPN is to foster an open dialogue between stakeholders participating in the payments landscape in Aruba on issues related to payments, and, thereby, contribute to the development of a secure, reliable, modern, innovative, and inclusive payments landscape in Aruba.

When was the FPN established?

The FPN was established in 2023 by the CBA. The inaugural meeting, a conference titled “Digital Financial Inclusion”, was held on November 29, 2023.
