Does the Centrale Bank van Aruba sell commemorative coins?

Yes. For a list of these coins, see Banknotes and Coins -> Commemorative Coins. However, the Bank cannot ship banknotes and coins abroad. They can only be purchased at the Cashier.

How do I know that my banknote is not counterfeit?

Until when can I change my old banknotes of series 1990 and 1993 for the new series of 2003 ?

Until January 31st, 2034 can you change the old banknotes for the new series 2003 at the Central Bank.
