Supervision - Pension funds
The Bank supervises the company pension funds by virtue of the State Ordinance on Company Pension Funds (SOCPF AB 1998 GT 17, AB 2001 no. 91 and AB 2011 N0. 86)(in Dutch).
Company pension funds have to comply continuously with the CBA's supervisory directives and guidelines for company pension funds.
