1. Send us your application

2. Confirmation

After sending your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that we’ve received your application for further consideration. The confirmation will also indicate when you can expect a response from us.

3. Selection

Based on your motivation letter and résumé, we will determine whether your profile is in line with the requirements, our values and culture. Based on this, you may be invited for an interview and will either receive and e-mail or phone call to schedule this. 

If your application is not selected, our Human Resources Department will inform you hereof. With your permission, we will store your data for a year. Should your application match another opportunity/vacancy in the near future, we will contact you to see if you have interest. 

4. Meet our team

After a successful first interview, you may be invited for a second and also possibly third interview. Should these interviews demonstrate that you are the right person to join our team, we will be happy to offer you an employment contract. Before the employment contract can officially be finalized, you must first pass a series of tests. After successful results, you will be informed and invited to sign your official employment contract.

5. Tests

6. Completion of the procedure

If all the screening and assessment results are positive, we look forward to welcoming you at the CBA on the date as agreed in your employment contract.
